Web Hosting Services Agreement

Welcome to WEB MANAGEMENT PORTAL. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our web hosting services and constitute a legal agreement between you and WEB MANAGEMENT PORTAL.

By registering for an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Agreement

Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with 30 days notice
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services

2. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate and complete registration information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use our services for:

Illegal activities or content that violates any applicable laws
Spam, phishing, or unsolicited commercial communications
Malware distribution, hacking, or network attacks
Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
Hosting of adult content, gambling, or prohibited materials
Resource abuse that impacts other customers

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee 99.9% network uptime for all hosting services
Scheduled maintenance will be announced 48 hours in advance
Credit requests for downtime must be submitted within 30 days
Force majeure events are excluded from SLA guarantees

5. Payment and Billing

All services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
Late payments may result in service suspension
Refund requests are handled according to our refund policy
Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

6. Data Backup and Security

Important: While we perform regular backups, you are primarily responsible for maintaining your own data backups.

We perform regular system backups for disaster recovery
Backups are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as primary storage
You are responsible for maintaining your own off-site backups
We implement industry-standard security measures

7. Termination and Suspension

You may cancel services with 30 days written notice
We reserve the right to suspend services for policy violations
Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended after 15 days
Data may be permanently deleted 30 days after termination

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your content and data
We retain all rights to our platform, software, and branding
You grant us limited rights to host and display your content

9. Limitation of Liability

Liability Cap: Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not liable for data loss or business interruption
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]
Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in [Your City]
You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
